Telkom through Incandescent Proficiency Supports Fordigi to Develop the Quality of SOE Digital Talent


Telkom through Pijar Mahir continues to develop digital expertise which is the most important engine for the growth of Indonesian startups, together with the help for the most important program of the Indonesian Digital Forum (Fordigi).

For data, the Indonesian Digital Forum (Fordigi) was inaugurated on April 14, 2022 by the Indonesian Minister of SOEs, Erick Thohir.

On the same occasion, the Deputy for HR & IT of KBUMN Tedi Bharata added, “Digital talent is very important, but the first thing to do now is to map yourself, each version of digital talent. We have to map out where we actually got. What is our condition like now, do it now, later we will advance to the 20% roadmap.”

In the presentation session of the 2022 BUMN Digital Talent Program Overview, Panji Winanteya Ruky as the Head of Division I – Digital Capability Building delivered 3 main Fordigi programs, one of which was supported by Pijar Mahir.

“Currently Fordigi has finalized a collaboration with Pijar Mahir, one of Telkom’s digital merchandise for the on-line schooling platform, the place we will use digital lessons, can take certifications and it may be specifically designed in accordance to the wants of the mother and father of every BUMN”.

For information, Pijar Mahir will be a digital learning platform that can be used by all SOEs. Digital Talents will receive learning materials in the form of videos, reading materials, quizzes, and others.

After that, there will be an evaluation through an online post-test at the end of the lesson, and Digital Talents will get a certificate of completion which is expected to be able to create 200,000 SOE digital talents by 2024.

Another Fordigi activity is the socialization & workshop on the Digital Talent Program which was initiated by the Ministry of SOEs on October 17, 2022.

This program has three work programs, namely certifying and appreciating the digital talents of SOEs, developing digital capabilities through learning platforms, and forming a digital talent community within the SOEs.

The framework of the Digital Talent Hub Program through the learning stages will go through three stages, namely Understanding, Savvy and Mastery.

This Digital Talent Program consists of two phases, namely the digital talent mapping phase and continued with the digital talent learning phase through the Digital Talent Hub, with various learning areas, such as Digital Marketing, Digital Supply Chain, Digital Business, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science & Analytics, AI & ML and more.

“With the creation of the Digital Talent Program, it’s hoped that it may reply the wants of the nation the place digital expertise is required in the future. Fordigi is prepared to construct the nation by creating the high quality of the digital expertise of SOEs,” stated Fajrin.
