Chaos Dwarf Forges Roar At His Arrival In 'Total War: Warhammer Iii'

I know there’s not much fond of Total War: Warhammer on the web, but you will forgive me because I am not interested in anything else. This saga of games has made me recover the love I feel for the world of Warhammer from the age of 14; I’ve already had several campaigns and I never tire of playing it. So let me write about the next army to arrive in the Old World: the chaos dwarfs.

As I told you, I’ve been playing Warhammer long ago, but not long enough to have held my hand on an army book of these corrupted dwarves, so they have always been a passing mentioned army to me. However, now Creative Assembly will allow Hashut worshipers to handle it, as downloadable content for Total War: Warhammer III.

The army will allow you to play with three lords: Astragoth Ironhand, Drazhoath the Ashen and Zhatan the Black, plus the legendary hero hobgoglin Fatty the Treacherous. There are also plenty of new units coming, including orc thralls, centaurs, and mech units that will rock the battlefield. And of course, the unique mechanics of this army, which bases its economy on enslaving other races to make them work in its mines and factories, obtain minerals with which to manufacture weapons, and access the most powerful units and buildings.

The army will be available from April 13, and on sale until 20 (take advantage of it, it’s not cheap). Then I leave you the presentation trailer, and the first turns of his campaign.

PS: On a personal note, I’m a bit disappointed with the dwarf designs. This is an army based on the ancient Babylonian culture and this is very noticeable in the ancient designs of the dwarves, with those horrible hats. Designs that maintained this Babylonian heritage could be seen in more modern books, but much more modernized. It saddens me to see that CA is fond of ugly top hats.
